Q: Do you offer scratch repair as well as valeting?

A: Yes. Scratch repair is one of my specialist services. Minor surface scratches can often be addressed as part of a paint correction treatment. Deeper scratches may need a different approach and I will always give you an honest assessment of what is achievable before any work starts.

Q: What happens if I am not happy with the result?

A: That has not happened yet and I intend to keep it that way. My 5-star reviews reflect a standard I hold myself to on every single job. If there is ever a concern I will always address it directly and professionally.

Q: How do I know which size category my car falls into for pricing?

A: The pricing on my website is broken down by vehicle size with examples for each category. If you are still unsure just mention the make and model when you get in touch and I will confirm the right price for you.

Q: Can I book multiple services at the same time?

A: Yes and it often makes sense to combine services. For example a full detail followed by a paint protection, or an interior detail combined with an ozone treatment. I will always advise the most logical combination for your car.
