A: Yes. For persistent smells that steam cleaning alone does not fully resolve, an ozone treatment on it's own doesn't either. The most effective solution is both. Steam removes the source and the ozone eliminates odours at a molecular level rather than masking them. Just describe the issue when you get in touch.

A: Yes. Badge removal is something I offer as an add on. It is a popular choice for people who want a cleaner look to the exterior and it is done carefully without leaving marks on the paintwork.
