Q: What is the difference between a maintenance valet and an interior detail?

A: The maintenance valet covers both inside and outside to keep a well looked after car in great shape. The interior detail focuses entirely on the inside, going deeper into every surface, treating seats and carpets and leaving the cabin completely refreshed.

Q: Can you deal with a heavily stained interior?

A: Yes, though I will always be honest about what is achievable depending on the type and age of the stain. Steam cleaning and the right products deal with most things very effectively. Describe the situation when you get in touch and I will give you a straight answer.

Q: Do you offer fabric protection after an interior clean?

A: Yes. Fabric protection is available as an add on and creates a barrier against future stains and spills. It is well worth doing straight after a deep interior clean while everything is fresh.

Q: What is a graphene coating and how is it different from ceramic?

A: Both offer long term paint protection but graphene coatings are generally more durable, more heat resistant and easier to maintain. I offer both and can advise which is the better fit depending on your car and how you use it.
