Q: Can you detail a car that has heavy contamination on the paintwork?

A: Yes. Paint decontamination is a core part of my process, Tar spots and bonded road grime that a normal wash leaves behind are all removed as part of the exterior treatment. The difference in the finish is immediately noticeable. Heavily soiled vehicles are harder to clean and require more time and effort.

Q: Do you offer any treatments specifically for the rainy season?

A: A ceramic or graphene coating is the best thing you can put on a car before winter. It creates a hydrophobic layer that causes water to bead and run off, keeps the paint protected from road salt and makes the car significantly easier to keep clean through the colder months.

Q: What is the benefit of deionised water over regular water?

A: Regular tap water contains minerals that leave spots and residue on paintwork when it dries. Deionised water leaves nothing behind, which means a cleaner finish with no water marks in the panel gaps or on the glass.
